Hey everyone, thanks for joining me once again. Recently, we had a seller call and ask us the question, "Would it be better for me to vacate my property before I list it, or should I stay in it during the selling process?"

This is a great question, and we are going to answer it today. Obviously if you are able to, it would make things far easier for you to vacate the property. Now you don't have to deal with real estate agents calling you at all times of the day asking if you can get up and leave your house for a showing. It interrupts your daily routine.

However, several studies have shown
that a well-staged home will sell significantly better than a vacant home will. A well-staged home can make rooms look larger, and give the buyer an idea of what it would be like to live in the home.

One cool thing about working with our team is that we have a complimentary home staging consultant, who will spend a few hours with you if you're thinking of selling, and show you how to stage your home so it shows in its best light.

If you are thinking about selling this spring, be sure to give us a call or send us an email. We look forward to hearing from you!
